Experience

My name is Lauren Laschuk, and I live in Toronto, Ontario. My experience as a Designer expands from my employment at the Marketing Media company, Harvard Media, and my work as a freelancer. I am also a graduate of Toronto Film School’s Graphic Design and New Media Diploma program. Through my experience, I have expanded my skills in Motion Graphics, UX Design, Illustration, Website Design, and marketing. I balance my day job with personal creative work like dancing, singing, drawing, and collaging. Creativity is a constant throughout my day!

My style is characterized by strong uses of bright colours and overlapping shapes, and my goal for every project is to create a piece of work that is both useful and delightful. I take pride in conducting thorough research and treating every company, small or large, with equal focus and intent. In my process, listening and empathizing is of the utmost importance to me. My desire to understand and listen to others helps me recognize people's needs and helps me become a better designer.
